Drug-Free Natural Stress Relief

The Tranquil-Mind Stress Therapy System is based on the drug-free health modality of Forest Medicine.

Modern scientific studies have shown us that breathing forest atmospheres have positive health benefits. This is called Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to “forest bathing” or “absorbing the forest atmosphere”, or simply referred to as "Forest Therapy". Developed from Japanese clinical trials that explored the benefits of breathing terpene-rich atmospheres found in forests, Forest Bathing is now a government-sanctioned public health practice in Japan and is part of the foundation of the Tranquil-Mind Therapy system.

How it Works

The Tranquil-Mind™ device is a unique computer-controlled technology that diffuses specifically formulated botanically derived BioMedia™ as aromatherapy to promote feelings of well-being, relaxation, and mood enhancement.

Procedure and Benefits:

The Tranquil-Mind™ system is a non-invasive and drug-free therapy that involves breathing a carefully crafted blend of plant essences and botanicals designed for specific wellbeing enhancement and stress reduction requests. The session lasts approximately 5 to 30 minutes depending on the therapy requested, during which time participants are seated comfortably and periodically prompted to breathe evenly and deeply.

Innovative Technology:

The Tranquil-Mind™ system enhances the Forest Therapy aromatherapy experience by 1) efficiently delivering natural plant biochemistry in its original form, without the chemical degradation that occurs with heating methods. 2) The device's internal vortex cartridges charge the nebulized material, making it more active and absorbable. 3) The nebulized vapor is mixed within the internal vortex chamber, guided by user-selected algorithms based on the Tranquil-Mind™ software interface to tailor the experience according to individual preferences. The resulting experience is aromatic, cool, and enjoyable - as if walking in a cool forest.
